Domestic Shipping Charges

Expedited shipping is FREE by default to orders $40 and up without any additional cost.

We ship to PO Boxes.

We don't charge any shipping fee from our customers. There are no additional charges on shipping. 

 

International Shipping Charges

The shipping fee is calculated upon inputting your address. We use UPS for international shipments. 


Order Tracking
An order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check the progress of your order.

If you have created an account on our website, you can also track your order via the 'Track Your Order' page on our website.

Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit, and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.

Wrong Shipping Information
Kumare Beauty delivers to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. Kumare Beauty is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.

Order Processing
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. Orders may take from 1 to 3 days to process excluding weekends. So we can ensure the correct items are shipped and packed accordingly.

Address Change and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send an email to sales@kumarebeauty.com immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turn-around time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.

Terms of Acceptance of Goods
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Upon delivery, the recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received on the third day after delivery of the items, the recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights thereto. In case of chargebacks or a refund by the buyer, the recipient agrees to return the items received in their original state and packaging to us.
